Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using Talooka ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

Talooka is a consumer data empowerment platform that allows users to voluntarily create anonymized research profiles from their device metadata and participate in market research programs. We do not collect, store, or transmit raw personal content such as photos, messages, or emails.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Talooka. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App
• Submit false or misleading information in your research profile
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the App
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the App

You retain ownership of your personal data. By enrolling data in a research program, you grant Talooka a limited license to process, anonymize, and share statistical/behavioral profiles with verified research partners. This license terminates when you remove the data source or delete your account.

When your profile is selected by a research partner, you may be eligible for compensation as displayed in the App. Payment terms, amounts, and schedules are determined by the specific research program. Talooka does not guarantee any minimum earnings.

All content, trademarks, logos, and software provided through the App are the property of Talooka or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any materials from the App without express written permission.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Talooka and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. You may also delete your account at any time via the Settings screen.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms in the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
